Picnic Society Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Picnic Society. We currently use Australia Post for all domestic and international deliveries. The following outlines our shipping terms and conditions:

Domestic Shipping (Australia) – Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly delayed. If we experience a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within Australia is approximately 7–14 business days from the date of order placement, depending on your location.

Authority to Leave

If no Authority to Leave is provided at checkout and your address is unattended at the time of delivery, Australia Post will redirect your parcel to the nearest post office. It will be held for 7 business days before being returned to us.

Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is not currently available through Australia Post.

International Shipping

We ship to international destinations covered by Australia Post. Additional shipping fees may apply. If your order incurs any extra international charges, we will contact you via email with a cost estimate before shipping.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed during or after shipping. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Damaged or Lost Items

While we take great care in packing your order, Picnic Society is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit. Should your parcel arrive damaged, please retain all packaging and contact Australia Post directly to lodge a claim.

Additional Notes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Delivery timelines are provided by Australia Post and may vary, especially during busy periods or public holidays.
