Picnic Society currently uses Australia Post for all our National and International Deliveries.

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details including the tracking number for Australia Post. Delivery is approximately 7-10 business days from placement of your order.

If your address is unattended at the time of delivery.

Standard Delivery - if you have not provided an Authority to Leave, your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to the sender.

Same Day Delivery - currently not available with Australia Post, but this is something we are investigating for our Brisbane based customers.

International Delivery - is available to all areas covered by Australia Post internationally.  Note, additional international fees may be due so we will contact you via email on receipt of your order with an estimate of any additional costs.

Please note, whilst we take every care in packing your goods and we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated by Australia Post, there are times where Australia Post may not deliver within the expected timeframe or where dispatch may be slightly delayed if it is a busy sale or promotional period.  

Rest assured, our aim is to carefully pack your goods and get them on their way as quickly as possible.
